Sharing of documents
Document sharing allows you to work on a common document at the same time in a given moment or in a longer time frame. The possibility of simultaneous editing and working in real time on a document is very important here.
Each person involved in the project receives a document in the form of a file placed on one of the Office 365/Microsoft 365 tools, i.e. One Drive. The document can be changed to a current one and viewed, e.g. while holding a video conference.
Persons working on documents can be given different entitlements and, for example, some employees will be able to edit the documents and others will only receive them for viewing.
The documents can also be shared with people from outside the organisation and check what happens to them in the long term. We have the opportunity to secure the files that are transferred and to set up appropriate policies for action, in line with the procedures in our organisation. We can, for example, block shared files so that it is not possible to print them and make them available further. It is also possible to set up alerts when someone tries to use such files in a way that is not in line with established policies.
3S was the first operator in Poland to offer a solution enabling the connection of classic national, international and mobile numbering with Microsoft Teams application.
In practice, this means that you can call directly from the application, in the same way as with a normal telephone call. The service works both ways, i.e. it means the possibility of answering calls via the Teams application.
